    Features

    Giantwell HY Series Centrifugal Hydro-Extractors are specially developed  for removal of  excess liquid  after washing fresh products, Fried Foods  and salads.
    The feed is introduced through the top opening. The basket can be rotated at a slow speed to ensure uniform product distribution. 
    The duration of each cycle and the rotational speeds are adjustable.  
    Stainless steel construction.
    Removable plastic basket carrier with two lifting handles.
    Cycle start / stop, and timer.
    Variable speed adjustment
    Ancillary equipment available upon request : spare basket, polypropylene basket liner.
