Features
1. Automatic material infeed and outfeed for labor-saving, while greatly upgrading efficiency. The enclosed dust collector meets G.M.P. requirements and eliminates powder splashing. The tooth-shaped knife grooves are multiple layouts, providing outstanding Grinding efficiency.
2. Grinding wheel and wall are hardened by special treatment for long service life. The grinding wall employs a circulated cooling system to avoid temperature growth, which may affect grinding quality.
3. The specially sealed bearing with grease lubrication assures constant temperature growth and long service life. The fineness of the powder is adjustable.
4. The machine is available to equip with a low-temperature cooler or chiller to meet the requirement of low-temperature grinding.
5. The machine allows for setting various grinding parameters to achieve the desired fineness of powder, such as air flow rate and running speed.
